Hanami at Naka-meguro

There are a lot of places to admire Hanami in Tokyo, one of my favorites is on the Meguro canal bordered by cherry blossoms illuminated by lanterns at night fall. This place is also full of gorgeous boutiques and coffees which I will tell you about in a next post soon !

Today I wondered whether to go to Nakameguro or Den-en-chofu, and I chose the latter. Nakameguro is one of my favourite hanami spots too, I will go there later this week. It is really pretty when the petals start to fall, and it still looks beautiful at night time even after quite a few blossoms have fallen!
    Gorgeous photos Narumi!

I just discovered your site through This is Naive. Your pictures are beautiful! My partner and I have been considering a trip to Japan in the future, but we thought Tokyo would be too hectic and overwhelming for us. Seeing it through your eyes though it looks rich and full and vibrant. I’m looking forward to the rest of your Tokyo adventure.
